Taraba State Assembly Speaker Resigns,Replaced By Chief Whip

Taraba State House of Assembly speaker, Dr Albasu Kunini has resigned his position today  Wednesday 21/122022.

Kunini has been the speaker three years a go following his election as the state house of assembly member representing Lau constituency.

He was replaced with another member of the house, Mr Kizito Bonzena who hails from Zing state constituency of the state, was the Chief Whip at house.

Commenting on the matter the ex-speaker said his resignation should be seen as personal,while appreciating all his contemporaries promissing his continued cooperation.
