Appreciating the effort of Adamu Mukhtar Unguwar Gini as Senior Special Assistant, Protocol, governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has elevated him to Special Adviser, Protocol, ensuring that, the appointee would prove his mettle in his new place of responsibility.
In a letter of appointment personally signed by the governor, he said, "In accordance with the powers conferred on me by the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, it is my pleasure to notify you of my decision to elevate the status of your appointment from the post of Senior Special Assistant, Protocol to Special Adviser, Protocol with effect from 22nd July, 2022."
Governor Ganduje resounding belief in the capacity of the newly appointee, in discharging his duties dutifully with all commitment and loyalty, encouraged the governor to make an encouraging statement. That, "Your elevation to such exalted position of trust and confidence was made upon careful assessment of your credentials, excellent record of performance, hardwork, integrity, patriotic disposition, demonstrated loyalty and commitment to the socio-economic wellbeing of the populace."
Reassuring the unflinching confidence the governor has in Unguwar Gini, he included in the appointment letter that, "I have the conviction that you will justify the confidence reposed in you by remaining resolute in discharging your assigned duties of advising Government towards ensuring provision of excellent protocol services in the state."
With the confidence and unwavering hope the governor has in the newly appointed Special Adviser, Protocol, the governor remains resolute and hopeful that, "As we move to the Next Level of Development, it is hoped that your appointment as Special Adviser will spur you redouble efforts and contribute greatly to our collective vision of revitalising the process of governance and promoting the overall progress of the state.
