NIGERIA POLICE TRUST FUND GETS NEW EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

 

Nigeria Police Trust Fund (NPTF) has got a new Executive Secretary as endorsed by President Muhammadu Buhari today Tuesday.

 Abdullahi Bala took over from Ahmad Aliyu as confirmed by the Press Secretary to the Minister of Police Affairs, Mr Osaigbovo Ehisienmen in Abuja today.

The appointment followed the resignation of Aliyu to run for a political office pursuant to the provision of Nigerian constitution and party laws as emphasized by the president.

A press statement from the office of the Minister of Police Affairs says the new Executive Secretary hails from Sokoto state in Northern Nigeria.

In his dossier, he worked in so many ministries and offices holding high ranks including Permanent Secretary in his home town Sokoto among many other positions at the federal level.
