KADUNA - FIRST SET OF PILGRIMS ARRIVED SAUDI ARABIA

Intending pilgrims in Kaduna state have started arriving the Holly land Saudi Arabia as the first set in this year’s exercise of Hajj.

The state Muslim pilgrims welfare commission has yesterday announced air-lifting of the first set which comprised a total of 393 pilgrims, who were lifted from the state International Airport yester morning, 2,491 people are projected to perform this year’s  hajj from Kaduna  state.

 The pilgrims have been urged to be good ambassadors of Nigeria and their state as well as pray for peace to avail in Kaduna and the country at large.

In his remarks Executive Secretary of Kaduna state pilgrims board Yusuf Arrigasiyyu called on them to use up their allowance in a prudent way, while observing law and order.
