Explaining the achievement of the scheme,
the Director-General, Bureau of Public Service Reforms Dasuki Arabi, said a
total of over 70,000, thus helping government in keeping more funds from the
development.

The Bureau happened to be spearheading the move to ensure
full execution of the (IPPIS) which
generated a lot pressure from the academic arena is still a topic of discussion
in the tussle between the federal government and the Academic Staff Union of

According a record from the Bureau of Public
Service about N220 billion was saved due to the prevalence of IPPIS in all
government’s agencies and parastatals.
