GOV. MATAWALLE TO CURB WATER SHORTAGE IN GUSAU- ZAMFARA

 


Authorities in Zamfara State, Northern Nigeria expelled the sum of about N1 billion to revamp and  rehabilitate as well as spread-out the state capital’s Water scheme.

 There have been reports of portable water shortage in Gusau recently and the state governor through the Commissioner in the ministry of Water Resources Malam Ibrahim Mayana embarked on a giant project of bringing an end to the painful and annoying water shortage which a lot of people are bitterly complaining about these days.

The water shortage in Gusau was attributed to the collapse of plants responsible for sending the product across the entire city.

 Daily Reliable reports the state’s deputy governor, Nasiha as saying that governor Bello Matawalle’s administration is committed to providing sufficient water supply in the state, while appreciating how residents show endurance during the trial.
