Osibanjo paid homage to Gombe Emir for political support

 


Gombe State Gov. Inuwa Yahaya has scared out his weight behind the presidential ambition of Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo.

Yahaya declared his support for the candidacy of the VP when Osinbajo paid reverence to the Emir of Gombe, Alhaji Abubakar Shehu-Abubakar, Monday in Gombe.

Osinbajo said he was in Gombe to interact with All Progressives Congress (APC) stakeholders in the state ahead of the party’s presidential primaries.

Gov. Inuwa Yahaya said that Osinbajo has the capacity to deliver good governance to Nigerians, adding that he was optimistic as the next president Nigeria would improve.

Inuwa said Gombe is a home to the VP looking at the dynamics and the place.

While speaking  Osinbajo said he was at the Gombe Emir’s palace to pay allegiance  to  the him.

He said the with the seven years know-how he gathered under President Muhammadu Buhari, he is fit to lead the country come  2023.
