Thirteen African nations are to benefit
from the new youth entrepreneurship investment aimed at creating wealth among
the listed countries African Development Bank (AFDB).
The President of the AFDB Dr. Akinwumi
Adesina, said this while finalizing annual meeting of the Bank in Ghana’s state
capital.
He said the bank would be finalizing by
June and would facilitate youths to obtain capital as well as generate riches.
Adesina said AFDB is scheming transformed
monetary institutions that will advance business of the youths and Ghana is inclusive.
Mr Adesina said the bank had invested
one billion dollars on special agro industrial processing zones to control food
fatalities, among the beneficiaries are Zambia, Nigeria, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire,
Marititus and Mozambique and many more.
This is coming as the bank is poised to
curb the plights of food producing area in the said countries so that the food
and agricultural giving out companies can be positioned seal to the zones.
